Import the presets
Go to File > Import Profiles & Presets. Navigate to the product folder. Load the ZIP file located inside the Lightroom CC folder.
Apply a preset
Go to the Edit area then click on Presets.
Pick a preset to use on your photo.
Make the profile lighter or stronger
To adjust the amount/opacity, go to the Profile section. Adjust the Amount slider fine-tune the look.
