Customers in the EU and the UK have 14 days to withdraw from a contract they made online. This page is how you tell us you are using that right.
You probably do not need it. Our refund policy gives you the same 14 days with no reason asked, and asking for a refund takes one email. Use the form below if you would rather make the formal declaration. Either way you get your money back, and we reply to every one.
